Objectives
The objective of this project was to expand and execute the existing "With WILL, There Is a Way" campaign for WILL Employment Solutions, a non-profit organization connecting skilled immigrants with meaningful employment in Ontario. The campaign aimed to strengthen brand awareness, create a consistent visual presence across multiple platforms, and improve how WILL reaches both job-seeking newcomers and potential employer partners.
Target Audience
For newcomers and skilled immigrants navigating the Canadian job market, as well as employers and HR professionals looking to hire diverse talent — people who need real support, real jobs, and real impact.
Process
Working as part of a collaborative group, we engaged with WILL Employment Solutions — a London, Ontario-based non-profit with over 39 years of supporting immigrant employment — to align our creative direction with their mission of inclusion and opportunity. While the overall strategy was a team effort, I independently developed key visual assets that brought the campaign tagline "With WILL, There Is a Way" to life across multiple platforms. My work focused on translating the organization's energetic and welcoming brand through bold typography, vibrant colour, and inclusive imagery. I designed a multi-channel campaign spanning out-of-home advertising including bus shelter posters, sponsored social media posts and carousel ads for Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as contributing to a fully responsive website redesign across desktop, tablet, and mobile — ensuring a consistent and professional visual presence at every touchpoint.
